Obituary of Marlene Knutson

Marlene J. Knutson (Witt) Nee Studer Age 74. Passed away Thursday February 28, 2008 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. A lifetime Joliet area resident. Formerly employed by Dr. Robert Markelz and retired from Joliet Medical Group. Member of Women of the Moose Chapter #84. Loving mother of David G. (Kathy) Witt, Diane L. (John) Bramlet and Dawn M. (Mark) Schroeder; proud grandmother of 9, Drew DeMartini, Alexandra and Victoria Witt, Annie, Lillian and Keegan Bramlet, Morgen, Spencer and Trevor Schroeder; also survived by her brother, Ronald (Elaine) Studer as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husbands, Francis J. "Bud" Witt and Walter Knutson; sister, Sandy J. (Joe) DiMonte; parents, George Studer and Vera M. (Studer) Tibble. Funeral services for Marlene J. Knutson will be Saturday, March 1, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Private family interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
