Obituary of Henry Kulik

Kulik, Henry Age 88. Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Chicago and a lifelong Joliet area resident. Survived by his loving wife, Isabella (nee Ochenkowski) Kulik; one son, Bruce (Judy) Kulik of Bolingbrook; one daughter, Karen (Jerry) Gianfrancisco of Homer Glen; four grandchildren, Bruce Jeremy Kulik, Ginger Kulik, Justin Kulik and Gina Gianfrancisco; one great-granddaughter, Gabriella Kulik; six sisters-in-law, Virginia (late Edward) Sylvester, Dorothy (late Walter) Szczepaniak, Loretta (late Walter) Kubicki, Theresa Ochenkowski, Eunice (late Edmond) Ochenkowski and Violet (late John) Kulik; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Catherine (nee Kubiak) Kulik; two sisters, Ann Sedlacek and Olga Nowicki; and two brothers, John Kulik and Walter Kulik. Funeral Services for Henry Kulik will be Friday, May 25, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Visitation Thursday, 3-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
