Obituary of Isabelle Mascarello

Isabelle Marie Mascarello Age 93, of Morris,IL and formerly Lynwood, IL, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 21, 1918 in Kankakee, IL to the late Mary and Edward Regnier. She was the beloved mother of Mary Lou (Ron, retired C.P.D) Trepac, Betty Johnson, Ronald (Kathy) Mascarello, Nancy (the late Fred) Skafgaard and Rena (Bruce) Wright. Loving grandmother of 11; proud great grandmother of 21. Dear sister of Irene (the late Michael) Radtke, Genevieve Mack, Marjorie (William) Stilke and Betty (the late Daniel) Voss. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, two young sons and seven siblings. Isabelle was a member of the "Over 50's Club" and the Red Hat Society in Lynwood. She enjoyed crafts, flower arranging and cooking. Food, friendship and fun all intersected at Isabelle's home; you could never eat enough of her excellent cooking and she made sure of it. She loved her "kids", every one of them, and when asked what she attested her age to, she responded, "I eat well, I love everyone, am good to people, and I always smile!" Funeral services for Isabelle Marie Mascarello will be Thursday, March 15, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
