Obituary of Edward Maske JR

Edward A. Maske, Jr. Age 72. Passed away Sunday, June 8, 2008. Born August 20, 1935. He served in the United States Air Force. Employed by GAF Corporation for 35 years until their closing; and he retired from Personal Products in 2000. Survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Billie Maske; children, Al (Brenda) Berg of Verona, IL, Dan (Julie) Berg of Coal City, Carrie (Tony) Miner of Channahon, and Melanie (Mark) Birmingham of Joliet; grandchildren, Michelle and Sarah Berg of Verona; John and Corey Berg of Joliet; Justin and Kaitlynn Miner of Channahon; and William Berg of Coal City; great-granddaughter, Sierra Berg of Verona; one brother, Fred (Barb) Maske of New Lenox; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; children, Mark (Gina) Maske, Jeff (Lori) Maske, and Rick (Sally) Maske and six grandchildren. Preceded in death by two sons, Eddie and Gary Maske; parents, Anna and Ed Maske; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Ed will be sadly missed by his wife, Billie; children, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Funeral Services for Edward A. Maske, Jr. will be Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Rodney Juell officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
