Obituary of Charles McCann

Charles E. McCann Age 79, of Elwood, formerly of Thornton. Passed away Friday, December 10, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. A veteran of the U.S. Army. Retired after over 46 years from Conrail. Preceded by his loving wife, Marilyn McCann; survived by his three sons, Charles E. (Sheila) McCann, Jr., Kenneth (Jeanette) McCann and Michael (Erika) McCann; grandchildren Caitlin and Melissa McCann, Kylie, Kelsey, Abigail and Logan McCann, and Conor McCann; and his sister Eileen Millet. Funeral services for Charles E. McCann will be Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Road, Joliet, to St. Ann Catholic Church in Channahon for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth.
