Obituary of Patrick McCauley

McCauley, Patrick E. Age 44. Suddenly, Friday, July 20, 2012 at his late residence. Born in Joliet and a lifelong Joliet/Elwood resident. Graduate of Joliet Central High School and attended Joliet Junior College. Patrick was an avid chess player and fisherman, and a special son who was very dear to his parent's hearts. Surviving are his loving parents, Larry and Nancy (nee Brozovich) McCauley of Elwood; his loving brother, Michael (Amy) McCauley of Redondo Beach, CA; special uncle to Brett, William and Brooke McCauley; special friend to Patti DeVries; also survived by his uncle, Bill (Pam) McCauley of Manhattan and his two aunts, Judy McCauley of Manhattan, and Janice Brozovich of Marseilles. Preceded by his maternal grandparents, William and Bernice Brozovich, and paternal grandparents, Donald McCauley and Margaret (Bob) Adams; uncles, David McCauley (1996) and William Brozovich (2004). Funeral Services for Patrick E. McCauley will be Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. As it was Patrick's request, Cremation Rites will be accorded following Mass with private inurnment at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
