Obituary of Edward Michaels

Edward R. Michaels Of Plainfield, IL passed away at his winter home in Apache Junction, AZ on January 30, 2010. Ed was a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He worked at Rickard Circular Folding Company in Chicago for 47 years as the superintendent of bindery and folding. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, Lorraine Mary; their three children, Larry Michaels (Terri Stubblefield) of Marseilles, IL, Kathleen Murray Patterson (David) of Willow Springs, IL, and Debbie Satterfield of Jacksonville, NC. He was the proud grandfather of six grandchildren, Lisa Baker (Dale), Kelly, Joe and Erin Murray, Brian Michaels, and Shannon Bracy; and one great-grandchild, Marcus Baker. Funeral Services for Edward R. Michaels will be Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to Holy Family Catholic Church, Shorewood for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
