Obituary of Earl Moesch SR

Earl D. Moesch, Sr. "Big E" Age 58, died Friday, April 18, 2008. Born in Fresno, CA on April 23, 1949, he was a Joliet area resident most of his life. He was an auto body painter for many years. He loved working with his son at Checkmate Custom Homes; and also loved to fish and party like a rock star. Survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Monica (Matay); his children, Lori Powers, and Earl, Jr.(Cassandra Lewallen);grandchildren, Robbie, Kevin, Mike and Katelyn; sisters, Jean, Rose, and Bev; brothers, Rich, Jan, Bill, and Leonard; sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Sam) Montgomery, Nancy (Les) Fugett, and Michelle Damiano (Ron Lembke); favorite aunt, Edith; many nieces and nephews; his fishing buddy, Jammer; best friends, Bill, Glenn, Ron, Jim, and Mike; and his second mom and dad, Arnie and Mary Munchalfen. Preceded in death by his mother, Leona Evans; and mother-in-law, Beverly Brown. The family would like to thank everyone at Joliet Oncology Hematology for their care and support, especially Dr. Sarode Pundaleeka. At the family's request, services will be private. Earl was cremated in accordance with his wishes. There will be a gathering for family and friends in Morris, IL on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Earl's life.
