Obituary of Mary Papai

Papai, Mary R. (nee Josa) Age 104. Passsed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. She was born July 10, 1907 in Farell , PA, and has been an Illinois resident for over 80 years. She is survived by one son; Andrew R. (late Adeline) Papai of Crest Hill, IL; three grandchildren, Dawn (William) Broderick, Bob (Susan) Papai, and Michael (Susan) Papai; five great-grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy and Justin Broderick, and Joey and Christina Papai; one sister, Esther Payne ; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Joseph Papai; her grandson, Steven Papai; her parents, Victor and Julia (nee Nagy) Josa; two sisters, Annie Desiderato, and Judy Stecker; and one brother, Victor Josa. Funeral Services for Mary R. Papai will be Thursday, February 16. 2012 at 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Plainfield, IL for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Visitation Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Farrell, PA. Arrangements by: FRED C.
