Lucille B. Perella
(nee Novak)
Lucille B. Perella was born in Atkinson NE on July 13, 1919 to the late Albin and Victoria Novak. She was a long time resident of Joliet, IL most recently at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home.
Preceeded in death by her parents; husbands, Joseph W. Dougherty and Robert Perella; daughter, Mary (Bruce) Hollinger and brother, Donald Novak.
Survived by son, Rev. James W. Dougherty (Glen Ellyn, IL), sister, Viola Hendrickson (Gustav, dec'd), Joliet, IL; stepchildren Jack (Vicki) Perella (Joliet, IL) and Linda Corvan (Redondo Beach, CA); grandchildren: Catherine Hollinger (Ladera Ranch, CA), Michelle (Kenton) Golightly (Dittmer, MO), Joelle Hollinger (Ballwin, MO), Kevin (Julie) Hollinger (St Charles, MO); step grandchildren Steven (Alexis) Perella, Ryan Perella, Jacqueline and James Corvan; great grandchildren Macklin Parks, Noble and Lincoln Hollinger; cousin Corinne (Joseph) Rende Lockport, IL.; nephew Alan Hendrickson and many close and dear friends in Joliet, IL; Land O' Lakes, WI (former summer residence) and Bradenton, FL. (former winter residence).
She was a member of St Paul the Apostle Parish, Joliet .
Wake on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from 2 to 7 pm at Our Lady of Angels, 1201 Wyoming Ave, Joliet, IL. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 31, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels.
Burial Resurrection Cemetery Romeoville, IL following the Mass.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home or to the charity of your choice.
