Obituary of MaryBeth Perkne

Perkne, MaryBeth (nee Garines) Age 37. At rest Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, due to complications of ovarian cancer. Born in Kankakee, she was raised in Matteson, IL and was currently residing in Manhattan, IL. Employed as a teacher for St. Dennis Catholic School in Lockport. Survived by her loving husband of 15 years, James A. Perkne, Jr.; her two daughters, Jennifer and Megan Perkne all of Manhattan; her parents, Kathleen and George Garines of Shorewood; one sister, Ann (Eric) Newhuis of Naperville; two nieces, Victoria and Isabella Newhuis; daughter-in-law of James and Lolly Perkne of Romeoville, and Mary Lynn of Salem, IL. Funeral Services for MaryBeth Perkne will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Dennis Catholic Church, Lockport for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Risen Lord Cemetery, Oswego.
