Leon M. Pollock
Age 69. Suddenly Sunday May 25, 2008 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center with his family by his side. Born in Joliet and a lifelong Joliet are resident. A U.S. Army Military Police Veteran serving in Germany with the 709th Military Police Battalion from 1959-1961. A member of the American Legion Post #1080, the Joliet Historical Museum and Friends of the Joliet Public Library. One of his greatest loves was reading.
Preceeded by his parents Irwin and Esther Pollock.
Survived by two brothers Howard Pollock of Joliet and Bernard (Sandra) Pollock
of Lisle.
Graveside services for Leon M. Pollock will be Wednesday May 28, 2008 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Joliet at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials to the charity of your choice in in his name would be appreciated. No Visitation. Arrangements by:
