Obituary of Joseph Presa JR

Joseph A. Presa, Jr. "Joe" Age 59, died unexpectedly Friday, April 18, 2008 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. He was born April 17, 1949 in Joliet and was a lifetime Lockport/Joliet area resident. A graduate of Joliet Central High School. He was employed by Cornerstone Services the past four years, and was also known for being a skilled auto mechanic. Formerly employed by U.S. Steel, M.S.L. (Joliet Wrought Washer) and St. Joseph Medical Center. He enjoyed metal detecting, fishing and working on cars. Beloved husband of 37 years to Kathy (nee Kolodziej); loving father of Jeff (Lisa), Jason and Jennifer Presa; dear son of Angela (nee Salbego) Presa; fond brother of Bruno, John, and Mary Ann Presa. He will also be missed by his beloved dog, Princess. Preceded in death by his father, Joseph Presa, Sr. Funeral Services for Joseph A. Presa, Jr. will be Monday, April 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel, with Deacon Paul Kolodziej officiating. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
