Cleo Betty Ridley (Vandygriff) Born in Summitville, TN on November 12, 1919, passed away August 1, 2010 at Rosewood Nursing Home. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends from her hometown of Paris, IL. For the past 40 years, she had made Joliet, IL her home. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Brown Ridley. Survived by her loving daughter and son, Shirley Ann Ridley and Charles Brown Ridley, Jr.; loving grandchildren, Tonya Yvonne Justice and Randall Kent Phillips; loving great-grandchildren, Gavin Nathaniel Justice and Vincent Quinn Justice.
