Obituary of Michael Sitterly

Michael John Sitterly Age 38, of Plainfield, died Friday, September 25, 2009 at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. He was born January 17, 1971 in Peoria, IL to John and Allyn Sitterly. Mike is survived by his wife, Jill; three children, Cody, Riley and Casey; his parents of Princeton; a brother, Jeff (Shannon) of Aurora; his father and mother-in-law, John (JoAnn) Diorio of Joliet; a brother-in-law, Nick (Dana) Diorio of Plainfield; a sister-in-law, Ginger (Brian) Watta of New Lenox; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Hope. Funeral Mass for Michael John Sitterly will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 600 Brookforest Avenue, Shorewood. Burial will be at St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery in Plainfield. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in Mike's memory. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
