Obituary of Dennis Blanding

Dennis J. Blanding Age 51, of Montgomery, IL., and formerly of Morris, died suddenly, Wednesday December 17, 2008 at home. He was born May 18, 1957 in Chicago Heights to Mary Theresa (Raus) and the late George Blanding, and was raised in Oak Park, IL. Surviving are his mother, Mary T. (nee Raus) Blanding; six brothers and sisters, Merry Sue (Elihue), Connie, Bonnie (Tim), George Harvey, Elizabeth (James) and David; five nieces and nephews, Robert, Michael (Susan), William (Audrey), Catherine (Brandon), and Kathryn I.; and four great-nieces and great nephews, Jacqueline, Nathan, Alecia and William Jr. Preceded in death by his father, George A. Blanding (2007). Dennis was employed by United Parcel Service as a "UPS delivery driver". Funeral services for Dennis Blanding will be Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Fr. Mark Fracaro will officiate. Interment will be private.
