Obituary of Thomas Sorg

Thomas Edward Sorg Age 31. Passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 23, 2008. Survivors include his parents, Rick and Marianne (nee Sorg) Wisniewski of Joliet; his daughter, Shana; loving companion, Dana Shelly of Wilmington; three sisters, Tina (Jim Brookman), Valarie (Bryan Hartnell), and Melissa, all of Joliet; one nephew, Ethan Hartnell; one niece, Madison Hartnell; grandfather, Richard Wisniewski, Sr.; three uncles, Larry (Darlene) Sorg, Dominick (Drew) Sorg, and Mike (Ginger) Wisniewski; one aunt, Sue (Bob) VanDiver; and numerous cousins. Preceded by grandparents, Chris and JoAnn Sorg and Theresa Wisniewski; uncles Chris Sorg and Danny Sorg; and one aunt, Cathy Runge. Tom was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed his music and the Chicago Cubs. He also loved spending time with his family and friends. Please come and help celetbate Tom's life. Funeral services for Thomas Sorg will be Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
