Obituary of Lucy Blazina

Lucy Blazina Age 83. Saturday, February 9, 2008 at South Suburban Medical Center, Hazel Crest. A lifelong resident of Summit, she will be remembered as a great mom and wonderful person. Preceded by her loving husband of 52 years, Quin F. Blazina, Sr. (April 21, 2001). Survived by one son, Quin (Janis) Blazina of Tinley Park; two daughters, Claudia (Mike) Kordik of Lockport, IL and Virginia (Scott McGann) Frees of Palos Hills; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services for Lucy Blazina will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet, where visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
