Obituary of Denise Templeton

Denise M. Templeton (nee O'Connell) Age 44. Suddenly May 18, 2009 at her home in Dwight, IL. Born in Chicago to the late Lawrence and Mary (Yasus) O'Connell, she was raised in Palos Hills and was a former Elwood resident. Beloved mother of Tammy; loving sister of Larry, Dan (Kim), Phil and David O'Connell; many nieces and nephews also survive. She will also be missed by her canine companion "Bear". Preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Mary, as well as Phillip O'Connell. As it was her wish, cremation rites have been accorded and private services were held. Arrangements by: FRED C.
