Obituary of Thomas Turner

Thomas N. Turner "Buddy" Age 67, of Joliet, passed away at home, Friday October 15, 2010. Born November 1, 1942 in Joliet to the late Thomas E. and Eleanore T. (nee Salzman) Turner, he was a lifetime area resident. He graduated with the Class of 1960 at Joliet Catholic High. Buddy was retired from the Steel Manufacturing Industry. Surviving are wife Dorothy (nee Johnson) Turner; four daughters, Mary Turner of Salem, VA, Julie (Don) Cain of Joliet, Susan (Thomas) Haven of Phoenix, AZ, and Terri (Larry) King of Morris, IL; one granddaughter, Katelyn Cain; one brother, Raymond E. Turner, as well as nieces and nephews also survive. A Memorial Service will take place Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the funeral home where all friends and relatives can gather from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Joliet.
