Obituary of Sheryl Tynan

Sheryl A. Tynan Age 47, of Joliet, passed away suddenly Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center emergency room. Born May 16, 1962 in Chicago, she was a graduate of Mt. Assisi High School, Lemont, and St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing. A Registered Nurse, Sheryl previously worked for St. Joseph Medical Center, Edward Hospital and Franciscan Village, and was currently employed by Hallmark Services Corporation as a Medical Benefit Specialist. Survived by her father and stepmother, Donald E. and Joyce M. Tynan of Joliet; four brothers, Daniel R. Tynan, Eugene A. (Sylvia) Tynan, Michael J. Tynan, and Thomas E. Tynan; six nieces and nephews, Laura (Eric) Fritzsche, Kelly E., Patrick M., Timothy M., Thomas N., and Tyler N. Tynan; one great-niece, Allison T. Fritzsche; and her three beloved Shihtzus, Oscar, Opie and Emmie. Preceded by her mother, Shirley J. (nee McGinnis) Tynan (1978). Funeral services for Sheryl A. Tynan will be Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to the Church of St. Jude, Joliet, for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
