Obituary of James Uremovic SR

Uremovic, James A., Sr. "Jim" Age 65, passed away peacefully, at home, Wednesday May 30, 2012. He was born in Joliet January 14, 1947 to the late Genevieve (Dwyer) and John G. Uremovic, Sr. Beloved husband of 44 years to Jeannie (Caccia) Uremovic; loving father of James A. (Stacey) Uremovic, Jr., Kathleen Uremovic (Victor Oskvarek), Mary (Sean) Smith and Matthew Uremovic. Proud grandfather of Kailey and Colleen Uremovic; Genevieve and Madeline Darley; Ava and Andrew James Smith. Dear brother of Mary Ann Uremovic and John (Cecelia) Uremovic. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and his lifelong friend, Carl Hanley of Chandler, AZ. Jim was a retired educator, having taught at Bolingbrook High School for many years. As it was Jim's wish, Cremation rites have been accorded. All friends and relatives are invited to gather at Holy Family Catholic Curch, 600 N. Brookforest Ave., Shorewood, on Saturday June 2, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. until the Memorial Mass is celebrated at 12:00 noon.
