Obituary of Marie Wilda

Marie A. Wilda (nee Zerbes) Age 93. Friday, November 7, 2008 at her late residence. Preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Richard E. "Earl" Wilda (Nov. 2006); one son, John Wilda (2006); her parents, Frank and Alice Zerbes; Survived by three sons, Charles Wilda of Joliet, Joseph (Paulette) Wilda of Mokena, and Robert (Brenda) Wilda of Shorewood; six daughters, Kathleen (late Loyd) Martin of Joliet, Barbara (Forrest) Liles of Morris, IL, Loretta (James) Decman of Rockford, Irene Bakalar of Joliet, Helen (Ronald) Bacza of Joliet, and Marcella (William) Arnold of Joliet; one daughter-in-law, Nancy Wilda of Lockport; 28 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Marie A. Wilda will be Monday, November 10, 2008 at 11:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Bernard Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Interment St. John Cemetery.
