Donald E. Williams
Age 79. At rest Monday July 2, 2007 at Deerbrook Care Centre. Born in Joliet to the late Raymond and Anne (Ditton) Williams, he was a lifelong area resident. A WW II U.S. Army Veteran. Retired from Caterpillar Inc. in 1983 following 30 years of service. Member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, serving as usher during Sunday Morning Mass. Don was a diehard Cub fan.
Survived by his two daughters, Mary (Don) Bieniek and Linda (Bill) Ramsak both of Crest Hill; grandfather of Jennifer (Kerry) Ewald and Bill Ramsak; great-grandfather of Corrine and Kayla Ewald; his sister-in-law, Viola Williams of Joliet; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris (Colvin) Williams (March 4, 2007); granddaughter, Debbie Bieniek; one sister, Lucille Limbach; two brothers, Raymond and Bernie Williams.
Con-celebrated funeral services for Donald E. Williams will be Friday July 6, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Fr. John Doyle and Fr. Raymond Loetscher, celebrants. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at:
