"Kay"
(nee Hoyland)
Age 89, of Joliet, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with her family by her side. Born March 1, 1922 in Bureau County, IL to the late Glenn and Catherine (Connor) Hoyland.
Kay owned and operated CTC Wireless since the 1960's. She was still working two weeks before her death. Kay left behind a legacy of loving her family and her amazing work ethic.
Survived by her son, Paul "Terry" (Sharon) Yack; her grandchildren, Pamela Bick, Richard "Randy" (Tammy) Platt, Eugene "Chip" (Cara) Adler and Jeff (Patrice Mosner) Adler; 16 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Joanne (Richard "Casey" deceased) Thompson; sister-in-law, Phyllis (Jack deceased) Hoyland; numerous nieces and nephews; many dear friends and business associates who she considered family.
Preceded in death by her dear husband, Paul A. Yack; two daughters, Kathy DeSandre and Karen Thomas; grandson, Patrick Smith; her sister, Glenna and brother-in-law, Leonard Nelson.

As it was her request, Cremation Rites have been accorded. Interment at a later date. Memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Arrangements by:
