Obituary of Stephanie Zad

Stephanie W. Zad Age 85, of Plainfield and formerly of Oak Lawn, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010. Survived by her husband of over 50 years, Joseph Zad; four sons, Jeffrey (Sharon) Pawlik, David (Sandra) Zad, Kenneth (Grace) Zad, and Allen (Kimberly) Zad; grandchildren, Kimberly, Joseph, Kenneth, Steven, Michelle, Kevin and Ryan; sister, Genevieve Woods; and brother, Henry Weglarz. Preceded by one grandchild, Edwin Pawlik; three sisters, Rosie, Emily and Mary; and one brother, Joseph. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet to Holy Family Catholic Church, Shorewood for Mass at 10:00 a.m. As it was her wish, cremation rites will be accorded following Mass.
