John James Zambuto Age 77, of Plainfield passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Loving Husband of Alvera (Mazilauskis); Beloved father of Josephine (nee Zambuto) Angone, John (Roselyn), Michael and Salvatore "Sam" (Sue) Zambuto; Devoted grandfather of Andrea, John, Mark, Tina, Samuel, Diana and Lisa; Special great-grandfather to Kara; Dear brother of Charles (Late Irene), Anthony (Frances) and Dominick (Joyce) Zambuto. Preceded by his parents; infant son, James; grandson, Paul Angone Jr.; Brothers, Salvatore Zambuto Jr., Sam and Joseph Spero; Sister, Angeline (nee Spero) Ragoune. Formerly employed as a Pressman for the Chicago Newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal. Member of Pressmans Union Local # 7 of Chicago. An avid woodworker, gardner and handyman of all trades. Funeral services Saturday February 12, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet to St Mary Immaculate Catholic Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
