Obituary of Arthur Zentarski
Zentarski, Arthur D.
Age 72. Passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born in Joliet and a lifelong Joliet and New Lenox area resident. Graduate of Joliet Township High School Class of 1957. A U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company as an electrician after 35 years of service. A member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
Survived by two daughters, Cheryl (John) Wysock and Carol Schwenninger; one brother, Thomas Zentarski; one sister, Ann (Neil) Janssen; two granddaughters, Amy (Sean) Kern and Ashley Wysock; one great-granddaughter, Ashlyn Kern; and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his loving wife of 23 years, Barbara (nee McGehee) Zentarski; his parents, Anthony W. and Mary Ann (nee Roder) Zentarski; one sister, Maureen (Richard) Roderick; and one brother, Walter Zentarski.
Funeral Services for Arthur D. Zentarski will be Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Memorials in his name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Visitation Monday 3-8 p.m. at:
