Having worked with Nelson for many years I can describe him as an enthusiastic and energetic person. "Nellie" was honest in all of his dealings and ready to lend a hand when requested. His efforts and his friendship will be missed.

Thousands of Years Although your presence on this earth has gone You will live on thousands of years I will see you when I look at my sister I will hear you in your grandson’s voices I will see your dancing eyes in your granddaughters And hear your laughter from the sky Your smile has been placed in each of our hearts When I close my eyes and think back in time That’s where I’ll find my Daddy’s hands soft and kind And your helping hand is remembered by your friends Your presence is strong and will never end And when our children’s children come into this world Parts of you will be passed on So I know that although you are not here You will live on for thousands of years

I remember my first camping trip ever. I spent the weekend with Sharon my best friend.I remember being a little intimidated by Mr Gardner, (back in the day we respected each others parents) but it was such a great weekend! I remember wishing my Dad would take the time to take the whole family camping and swimming. He was a wonderful Dad and I was always a little jealous of my friend. I spent many nights in her house and her Dad and Mom never failed to make me feel welcome. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to all. XOXO
