Obituary of Marian Warmbier

Marian Adeline Warmbier (nee Hall) Age 92. Died peacefully on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home. Born in Joliet, she was a lifetime resident. Graduate of Peotone High School and Silver Cross School of Nursing. Member of Plainfield United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Martin A. Warmbier (February 6, 2010); her parents, Albert E. and Ovanda (nee Peterson) Hall; and five brothers, Allen, David, Glenn, Ralph and John "Jack" Hall. Survived by her two sons, James M. (Cynthia) of Plainfield and Paul A. (Sue) Warmbier of Plymouth, MI; two daughters, Carole M. Bayer of Plainfield and Deborah (Michael) Rouser of Versailles, KY; grandchildren, Beth (Steve) Saunders, Sarah Warmbier, Michael (Melissa) Warmbier, Karen (Jeff) Eekhoff, Kathy (Trent) Eekhoff, Mark (Andrea) Warmbier, Emily Miller, Matthew Miller, and Ann (Mason) Howard; 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles "Chuck" Hall of Hollywood, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, all of whom she loved very much. The family is grateful to the wonderful staff at Sunny Hill and Joliet Area Community Hospice for their loving care of Marian, as well as her family, during this difficult time. Funeral Services for Marian A. Warmbier will be Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
