Jula "Judy" Kent (nee Barwick) Age 78. Of Joliet, IL, at rest May 10, 2013 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Marion, IL on December 25, 1934 to Claude and Della Barwick. Judy is survived by her daughter, Paula (Frank) Medlin and son, Steve (Jill) Kent; proud grandmother of Brittany Medlin, Carlos Wilda, Amber (Kevin) Chester, Kenneth Wilda, Emily Anderson, Cody Love, Jessica Love Bratton, Sara and Jamie Love; great-grandmother of many; brother, Andrew (Millie) Barwick, and sister, Juanita (Donald) Bloodworth. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, William E. "Bill" Kent; daughter, Elaine Gayle Love; grandsons, William F. and Samuel A. Medlin. Family and friends may gather for visitation on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black and Essington Rds. Funeral Services and Interment will be held in Marion, IL.
