Obituary of Irene Hiller

Irene L. Hiller (nee Blazejewski) Age 88, late of Minooka, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Walnut Grove Nursing Home in Morris. Born in Peru, IL on August 11, 1924 to the late Ignatius and Helen Blazejewski, she lived in Joliet many years until relocating to Minnesota in 1987. She had resided for some time in South Carolina beginning in 1996, returning to this area in 2007. Survived by her beloved sons, Roger (Patricia), Charles (Michelle), and James (Patricia) Hiller; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur "Bill" Hiller; one son, Douglas Hiller; her parents; one brother, Edward Blazejewski; and one sister, Marie Rynke. All friends and relatives are invited to gather on Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Church of St. Jude, 2212 McDonough St., Joliet, from 9:30 a.m. until the Memorial Mass begins at 10:00 am.
