Obituary of Ruby Lawson

Ruby L. Lawson Ruby L. Lawson, 79, late of the Meadows Mennonite Retirement Home, and formerly of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away Monday, August 19, 2013. Ruby came to Illinois to be near her son in her final years. Surviving are three sons, William (Patricia) Lawson of Chenoa, and Richard Talley and Carl Brumlow, both of Huntsville, AL; four grandchildren including Alice Renee (Robert) Peavler of Manhattan and David (Kelly) Lawson of Morris; six great-grandchildren, Rachael Peavler, Isabel and Emma Lawson, and Kody, Kory and Alexis Schott; and two step-great-grandchildren, Cody and Ashly Leos. She was preceded by her husbands, Athel Nash and Carl Brumlow, Sr.; one son, Eddie Ray Nash; her parents, Howell and Ollie Mae (nee Petty) Lawson; and one granddaughter, Sabrina Lawson. Funeral Services and burial will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester, TN on Sunday, August 25, 2013.
