Obituary of Betty James

Betty K. James Age 76. At rest Monday, November 11, 2013 at her late residence. Born in Joliet, the daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Spelman) James. She was a lifelong resident. Formerly employed by Rustcraft Greeting Card Company for 30 years until their closure. Survived are two brothers, Bill R. (Lillian) James and Bob L. James, both of Joliet; three sisters, Shirley M. (late Art) Weese of Crest Hill, Phyllis J. Hegland of Minooka and Beverly A. James of Joliet; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded by her parents; two sisters, Lois E. Anderson and Nancy L. Frieh. As it was Betty's request, Cremation Rites have been accorded. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Private family inurnment Elmhurst Cemetery. Family will receive all friends and relatives from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
