Obituary of Lorraine Gruben

Lorraine D. Gruben (nee Dillman) Age 86. At rest Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her late residence. Born in Joliet to the late Andrew and Irene (Dorsey) Dillman, formerly of Peoria, returning to Joliet in 2004. Graduate of Joliet Township High School and received her bachelor's degree from Stephens College of Missouri. Past president of The Visitation and Aid Society. Survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Ralph Gruben of Joliet; her children, Ralph "Randy" (Kris) Gruben of Mission Viejo, CA and Dorsey (Andy) Mojden of Hinsdale; four grandchildren, Katie and Erica Gruben and Molly and Kelly Mojden; great-grandmother of four; several nieces and nephews. Preceded by her parents; one sister, Marjorie Wood. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, January 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus, 604 N. Raynor Avenue, Joliet. Family will receive all friends and relatives from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Campus Ministry at Nazareth Academy, 1209 W.
