Obituary of Nancy Clemons

Nancy Lee Clemons (nee Harlow) Age 68, of Joliet, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at home. Born July 13, 1945 in Milltown, IN, she was the daughter of Walter and Doris (nee Swan) Harlow. She worked at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in the Environmental Services Department. In 2004, Nancy accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, was baptised and became an active member of Joliet First Church of the Nazarene. She loved animals and activities with her family. She will be remembered for her laughter and beautiful smile. Surviving are her brother, Larry (Sandy) Harlow of Joliet; her son, Randy Clark; numerous nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and great-nephews; a special friend, Dennis Beauchamp; and many friends. She was preceded by her husband, Nelson Clemons (1992); her parents, three sisters, Dorothy Clark, Beverly Formanek and Rosemary Harlow; and two brothers, Eugene Harlow and Steven Harlow. Funeral Services for Nancy Clemons will be held Friday, March 14, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Joliet First Church of the Nazarene, 1009 S. Briggs St., Joliet. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park II. Memorials in her name to Joliet First Church of the Nazarene would be appreciated.
