Obituary of Sally Ford

Sally Ann Ford (nee Wright) Age 58. Died suddenly of a heart attack at her home on Sunday, May 11, 2014. Survived by her mother, Suzanne (nee Turk) Wright; brothers, Robert (Tim Langland) Wright, and William (Tami) Wright; sister, Lisa (Mike) McClintock; niece, Darcy McClintock; nephews, Michael McClintock, Colton and Logan Wright; stepson, Matthew (Jaimy) Ford; birth daughter, Julie; granddaughter, Ainsley Ford; brothers-in-law, William, John, and Robert Ford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Wright; and husband, James E. Ford (2012). Sally spent numerous years employed in banking and the hotel industry. Her last employment was with Sids Greenhouse in Bolingbrook. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends; and spending time in Michigan on vacations. She loved playing euchre and her favorite card partner was her Grandma Wright. Sally was an enthusiastic Chicago sports fan. She was fun-loving, full of life and had a great sense of humor. To know her, was to love her. Funeral Services for Sally Ann Ford will be Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rd., Joliet. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Joliet Catholic Academy or Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
