Obituary of Patricia McGuire

Patricia Lee McGuire (Harris) nee Lewis Age 66. At rest Friday, December 19, 2014 at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago after a brief illness. Born in Essex, IL, she spent most of her life in and around Joliet. Mrs. McGuire was until recently a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines and also worked for the (now defunct) Midway Airlines in the same role. Mrs. McGuire was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Lillian Marie (nee O'Reilley) Lewis; first husband, John F. Harris, Jr.; an uncle, James O'Reilley; and an aunt Florence Zeman. She is survived by her husband, former long-serving Illinois state representative, John C. "Jack" McGuire; two children, Lawrence Harris and Patricia (nee Harris) Marsden; her brother, Terry Lewis; and grandchildren, Lillian Harris, Nathan Harris and John Marsden. Funeral Services for Patricia Lee McGuire will be Monday, December 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
