Joyce, Gary and families, I was so saddened to hear of your mother's passing. It is so hard to lose someone so special in this life but thankfully we have the joy of knowing you will all be together again someday with the Lord. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Your mother was a special lady who I have fond memories of from Grandview and her beauty shop!

13 Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. 14 We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 NIV We send our love. Great Aunt Maxine and the family will be in our thoughts and hearts as we reflect on the passing of a loved one and the promise of everlasting life in Christ. Prayers for you and yours.

Bob & Maxine Hubbs were two of my favorite people at Grandview Baptist Church, along with Charlie and Faye Ancell. Maxine was such a stately lady and when she spoke, people listened. I cannot go down Cherry Lane without thinking of them and the good times we shared. We send our heartfelt condolences to the family.

I just wrote out a long note but somehow it got deleted so I'll do the best I can to rewrite, but if you see 2 notes that's why :). We will always think of Aunt Maxine as full of life, smiles & stories. Our grandma June thought so highly of her & we know she will be dearly missed. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I will always think of her when I use my 8-loaf pan that was passed down when she went through her things she no longer used. We are blessed to have known her and to have called her family. With Sympathy & love, Brandon (Kendra), Amber (Vinson), Heather (Max), Trent, Tara (Austin)
