Obituary of Mary Fuse

Mary E. "Mayme" Fuse (nee Pagnusat) Age 89, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 27, 2015 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born September 16, 1925 in Joliet, IL to the late Amelia (nee Ciabattari) and Domenick Pagnusat, she was a lifetime resident. Beloved mother of Angelo (Regina) Fuse and Dennis (Patricia) Fuse; loving and devoted grandmother of Rachele (Anthony) Raygor, Maria (Kevin) O'Keefe, Dennis (Julie) Fuse, Jr. and Brandon Fuse; proud great-grandmother of Adrian, Harrison and Dean; Kellan; Bill, Jesse and Ashley. Dear sister-in-law of Mabel (late Vic) Fuse, Evelyn (late Albert) Pagnusat and Joe (Betty) Fuse. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her husband Angelo; her parents; and one brother. Mary retired from Joliet Township High Schools after serving several years in the cafeteria at the East Campus until it closed, and then a few years at the Central Campus. She was a fantastic cook and excellent baker, known for her Christmas cookies, but her true passion was being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mary E. Fuse will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington), Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
