Obituary of Edith Little

Edith M. Little (nee Homberg) Age 77, a lifelong Joliet, IL resident, passed away peacefully, Sunday, April 12, 2015 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Preceded in death by her mother, Myrtle Homberg; father, Roy J. Homberg; and one brother, Roy E. Homberg. Survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ronald R. Little; one son, Andrew Little; three daughters, Jodi Little, Renee (Larry) Zimmerman and Jill Little; six grandchildren, Shelly (Rob) Andreina, Molly Little, Jeanette (Ronald) Fugger; Jeremy Zimmerman; Chelsea and Zachary Maielli; one great-grandchild, Bobby Andreina; one sister, Marjorie (Tom) Goodson, also of Joliet; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral Services for Edith M. Little will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2015, 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
