Obituary of Walter Ciszek

Ciszek, Walter S. Age 76, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Manor Care in South Holland, IL, with his family at his side. Born in Chicago, he was a long time resident of Lansing, IL. A U.S. Army Korean War veteran. Beloved husband of the late Dian L. (nee Nicholas) Ciszek; loving father of Melissa (Anthony) Stack, Christina (William) Sears and Alison (Billy Frigo) Ciszek; proud grandfather of Cortney, Dylan, Stephen, Taylor, Julia, Tyler, Samantha, Gracie and Ashley; his brother-in-law, Dan (late Veronica) Calibraro; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be Friday, September 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet with Fr. Vytas Memenas officiating.
