Obituary of Carl Ciuffini

Ciuffini, Carl P. Age 89. A lifetime Joliet resident, passed away peacefully Monday, March 12, 2012 at Provena Villa Franciscan. Survived by two sisters, Virginia Dapriele of Joliet, IL and Elizabeth "Liz" Moore of Anna, IL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Albino and Margarita (DiDomenic) Ciuffini; one sister, Mary Ciuffini; two brothers-in-law, Quentin "Teany" Dapriele and William Moore. Carl retired from the EJ&E Railroad after many years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. The Family would like to extend their sincere thank you to the staff of Joliet Area Community Hospice for their dedicated love and compassion. Private services will be held with interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to any local Veteran's organization. NO VISITATION.
