Obituary of James Vizek

James W. Vizek, age 77, of Plainfield, formerly of Stickney. US Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Vecchiollo); loving father of Annette (Greg) Lynch, Peter (Lynn) Vizek, Matthew (Susan) Vizek and Valerie Kakolires; proud grandfather of Andrei and Karina Lynch, Anthony, Tyler and Petey Vizek, Athena, Elizabeth and the late Nicholas Kakolires, Rob Niemic, Jon (Alyssa) Niemic and Brianne (Chris) Sticha; great-grandfather of Addison, Tommy and Callie Sticha and baby-to-be Niemic; dear brother of Joseph (Carol), the late Gerald (Marilyn) and Charles Vizek. Retired employee of United Airlines with 43 years of loyal service. James was a classical violinist who loved classical music, was an avid reader and he loved animals. Family and friends will be received at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet, IL on Thursday, July 16, 2015 fro 3 to 9 pm.
