I'm so sorry to hear about Frank's passing away. My memories of him are mostly of always seeing him at his great store. He always had a smile for you and always made time to say hello. He was a wonderful person and I know he will be missed. To Maureen and his family, please know I am so sorry for your loss. Cheryl
Our most sincere sympathy and prayers to you all. When we first moved to Hickory Land in 1977 we were surprised to find another Rockdale native. Frank was Larry's Mom's paper boy in Rockdale. He was always quick to say Hi and have a joke or story in the store or the neighborhood. He was a great guy. I am sure that Frank, Bill and Ambrose will be sharing those stories in heaven. Hickory Lane and so many neighbors will miss him.
Maureen and family, So sorry to hear the news. It's been so long since I have seen you but
I have nothing but pleasant memories of Frank. You were the first friends to get married and it is a tribute to both of you that you were still together. I hope the knowledge that so many people thought so much of Frank, care today about his passing , and your loving memories help . Don't forget to ttake care of yourselves at this difficult time, that's what Frank would want.
I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He IS Channahon!!! My kids grew up knowing that you could get almost everything at "Frank's". He was a big part of our lives. Thank you, Frank.
Frank was like a second father to me. He was the hardest working and fairest boss I've ever worked for. I have very fond memories of him and his extended work family. My greatest sympathies to Maureen, Joe, Kim, and family.
Thanks for some many wonderful memories Frank. I had so much fun working for you. Your kindness, generosity, and laughter will never be forgotten by me. You were one of a kind and will forever be my favorite employer. I will cherish my happy memories with you and the Frank's clan and customers always.
I will never forget you, Frank. My years at both stores were some of the best times of my life. You taught me to always do whatever you can for people. It was wonderful growing up with you and all the crazy, goofy jokes that you told and that goofy "up to no good" laugh you had. Channahon is a better place because of you and Maureen. One day we will all be together again and I promise I will laugh at those jokes instead of telling you how goofy you are!! XOXO
We were so sorry to hear of Frank's passing, and we are sending you all our deepest sympathy and prayers. We are thinking of you and your family as you celebrate Frank's remarkable life and the memories you shared together.
Love,
Cary, Anne, Madeleine, Alex, Alec, and Riley
Frank we will miss playing euchre with you. It was great to be in the club with you the past 18 years and to know what a great person you were. No one complimented my desserts like you. We love you.
