Obituary of James Conley SR
James Conley, Sr.
Age 66. Passed away on September 6, 2009 at 10:12 p.m. with his family by his side. He fought a courageous battle with leukemia. Born in Genoa, WI and a resident of Shorewood for over 45 years.
He is survived by his wife of over 44 years, Marilyn; his children, James (Tamra) Conley of Shorewood, Trisha Conley of Shorewood; Brian (Carrie) Conley of Joliet, Candy ("J.J." Jeff) Jennings of Plainfield; and nine grandchildren, Ben, Marissa, Alicia, Brandton, Hayley, Madison, Savannah, Calista, and Lucas. Also survived by his siblings, Shirley (Tom) Teece of Florida, Beverly Muchitch of Joliet, David (Sharon) Conley of New Lenox, Mike (Pat) Conley of New Lenox, Mary (Rex) Holloway of Joliet, and Steve (Clare) Conley of McHenry, IL. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Leoma Conley; and one brother, Ron Conley, Sr.
Private funeral services with cremation have been held. There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, 305 Black Road, Shorewood on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Klima officiating. Arrangements by:
