Arthur D. Conlon
"Big Guy"
Age 76. At rest Friday, March 12, 2010. Born in Chicago to the late Arthur F. and Catherine (nee Morris) Conlon. Resident of Joliet since 1956. A U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. A retired accountant with Stein Certified Public Accountants P.C. Member of the Joliet Jaycees. Mr. Conlon enjoyed reading as well as telling a good story. An avid baseball fan.
Surviving is his loving wife of 53 years, Breta (nee Mahlum) Conlon of Joliet; 4 children, Bob (Colleen) Conlon of Naperville, Lori (Tom) Pastore-Seeley of Minooka, Kent (Estella) Conlon of Joliet, and Sharon (Curt) Adelmann of Shorewood; devoted Gramper "Punkin" of Kate, Shane, Taryn, Brant, Quinten, Tom (fiancee Kate), Brian, Aryel and Aryka.
Preceded by his parents and his sister Joan Gorman.
A Memorial Mass for Arthur D. Conlon will be Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of St. Jude, 2210 McDonough St., Joliet. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the wishes of the family would be appreciated. Visitation at the Church, 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Arrangements by:
