Obituary of Renee Costa

Costa, Renee L. nee Lassuy Age 57, passed suddenly, Tuesday January 17, 2012 at her home. Born August 30, 1954 in Joliet to the late Elsie and Adiel Lassuy, she was a lifetime resident. She graduated from St. Patrick grade school and St. Francis Academy, class of 1972. Employed as an office manager for Alessio and Sons the past 20 years. Beloved mother of Sarah (fiance Evan Dvorsak) Costa and Nicholas Costa. Dear sister of Russell (Kathy) Lassuy; Also survived by her former husband and friend Chuck Costa, many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as numerous lifelong friends who will miss her dearly. Renee's hobbies included reading, gardening and baking, but her greatest joy was being with her children, family and friends. Funeral services for Renee Costa will be held Friday, January 20, 2012, 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. As it was Renee's wish, cremation rites will follow the services.
