Obituary of Donald Cronk

Donald J. Cronk Age 76. Passed away Monday, September 22, 2008 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center Born December 22, 1931 in Rockdale, he retired from Channahon Galaway Elementary School after 22 years of service. He was also an avid fisherman and Chicago Cubs fan. Surviving are his beloved wife, Yvonne M. (nee Robbins) Cronk; two sons, Scott (Judy) Cronk of Joliet, and Mark (Lisa) Cronk of Buckeye, AZ; eight grandchildren, Joshua (Melissa) Cronk, Jason (Sally) Cronk, Sarah (Jason) Hooge, David (Lauren) Cronk, Michelle Cronk, Mark (Cathy) Cronk Jr., Christopher Cronk and Kimberly Cronk; and eleven great-grandchildren. Preceded by his parents, Ova and Virginia (nee Hancock) Cronk; and two brothers, Clifford Cronk and James (Coletta) Cronk. Memorial Services for Donald J. Cronk will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 1501 S. Gougar Road, New Lenox.
