Lollene Claire Jones
(nee Snyder)

Age 78, of Morris, IL and formerly Aurora, IL , passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the Ottawa Pavilion. Born December 12, 1938 to the late Lois (nee Peters) and William Snyder in Aurora, IL where she was raised and educated.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Paul Strandell; her second husband, Lawrence Bruce Jones; two brothers, Dwight and Denny Snyder; three sisters, Bonnie Stiefbold, Wyette Branom and Shielah Waters.

Beloved mother of Robert Keith Strandell, John Strandell, Randy W. (Janet) Strandell, Alora Lyne (Tim) Powell, Susan Marie (Mark) Witkowski, Lois Ann (Brian) Davis, Tammy Wynette (Randy) Phillips and Julane Beth (Nathan) Robinson; loving and devoted grandmother of 26 and proud great-grandmother of 35.  She is also survived by her siblings and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lollene worked for several companies over the years. She retired from WalMart in Morris where she thoroughly enjoyed helping her customers and friends in the lawn and garden department.  She enjoyed gardening and loved animals, especially dogs, however, nothing made her more content than being a doting grandmother.
